How do I place an order?
Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select My Cart and select the country you want the products to be sent. Then select "Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete your order. There are three stages of the checkout process:
1. Choose a way to pay: If you have a PayPal account please log in. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can enter your debit or credit card information during checkout to complete the payment.
2. Delivery details: Choose the delivery address you would like your order delivered to. You also can add a comment for us.
3. When you have entered all the information correctly click "Pay now" and you will receive an order confirmation.
We accept secure payment via PayPal & debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with PayPal).
Sales tax is applied to all purchases
Amendment & Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, you may do so during the checkout process up until you enter your credit card details.
Once you've hit the "Continue" button after entering your credit card details, you cannot amend your order, Send us an email or call right away. If you haven't hit the "Continue" button,

You are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country. ideals fab will not issue refunds where you did not receive your order because you failed to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country.
Returns & refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (less cost of shipping/delivery).
1) All items must be returned in there original packaging and in there original condition, unworn and unused.
2) Used items cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless due to manufacturer defect.
3) Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
4) We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
5) If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just simply return the item or items in there original package and in there original condition, unworn and unused.
